    Questions on this meal.

Ok, For breakfast I normally do something like oats, Eggwhites, and whey with a flax cap, small piece of fruit and black coffee with equal (sweetner, 1 cal).

However lately I have been eating weet-bix, cos I got a 1.2KG box for free.

The breakdown of these things are as follows

    Per Serve (2 Biscuits)

    Cals 107
    Protein 3.7g
    Fat 0.4g
Carbs 20g, of which sugar 1g
    Fibre 3.3g

With these i normally cut up a bananna and then 200ml Skim milk.

So today for example I did a small bit of cardio (15min jog with the hound) then ate Protein shake with 1 scoop whey and water, took 3g creatine, ate the weet-bix (without bananna) and then had a Flaxseed oil capsule.

    Macros for the meal are

    Cals 327
    P 32.3g
    F 4.7g
    C 34g

and then i had the flax, so i dont know how many cals in that? It is 1000mg of flaxseed oil, so guessing 1 gram of fat? and thats about 9 cals?

Is this ok every other day, or is it lacking? If i need to up the protein i can have a bit more whey, or an egg white or two, and if i need more carbs I could have another biscuit, or just throw them out and stick to the oats??

    Thanks all for the help

it all depends on your weight, metabolism, exercise level, goals, etc.

what does your overall diet look like? how many carbs/protein/fats are you shooting for?

processed cereals usually aren't the greatest but that one looks okay. As far as food choices go, your meal looks fine (although the egg whites and oats is a little better) but in order to comment on adding protein/carbs, I'd need to know more about your macro goals.
