    cycling carb. question

Im currently cycling my carbs. so that i have 4 low 2 med and 1 high carb. day. My question is since I workout in the morning whould it be advantageous to my training program to have my high carb. day the day before I train legs being that those are my hardest workouts??? Thnx.

I've had the same questions! I think it would be a good idea maybe to have a high carb day prior, imo....

I know one of the days before I had a wo - I workout in the a.m. also... I totally ate high carb, I felt so strong the next day it was amazing!

Yeah, I always saved my leg workouts for the day after HCD. However, don't make the HCD a day off.
