After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
yes theirs something wrong. you need to eat more and better foods.
If I wasnt on a cut I would eat the first meal no worries, and consider it a cheat for the day.

As ABC stated check the stickies. Your diet needs quite a bit of work.
Whole wheat muffin?!?! Turkey Bacon??!!!
What is a smoothie?
Peanut Butter and Crackers?!!?
Another Whole Wheat English Muffin and Deli Meat?
So basically a bunch of crap all day and nothing that is of value to achieving any goals.
just do what I do mix some whey in your beer its a good low fat diet. I like vanilla whey in my stouts and porters
Eat 6 times a day, spaced out evenly and buy from the shopping list in the stickie that I linked above. If you follow that, you can not go wrong. Make sure you eat balanced meals with good fats, good carbs, and plenty of protein. It needs to be clean foods, not junk. After reading the stickies you will know what "junk food" truly is.

What you posted doesn't fall into any of these categories.
