Cottage Cheese was hard for me to get used to. The trick is to add fruit, but it still ended up making me gag after 8 spoon fulls.

HOWEVER..

Just 3 days ago, I used sliced cantaloupe (sp?) to scoop the cottage cheese. I was able to gulp down more cheese and I never got the gagging effect. I stopped cuz I was getting full, but I wonder how much sugar is in this particuliar fruit considering its serving size is much more than berries..

Foods I cant stand are green beans, celery, nuts, and sweet potatoes.

I can eat broccoli and asparagus if theyre soft.
