    Vitamin Water

I picked up a bottle of this stuff as I was leaving the gym yesterday. Tasty enough but man sugar frenzy!!!

13g of sugar per serving with 2.5 servings per bottle. Yikes!!!

It's the crap like that they market to the masses as healthy then people wonder why they cannot lose weight. It makes me sad especially for someone who's really trying to be more healthful!

Yeah the real tricky thing they do is to make a 20oz bottle have 2.5 servings in it so the nutrition facts have lower numbers. Thats what got my attention, I saw 50 calories and looked further to see that was per servings.

    Tricky marketers!!

Everything at the gym is a rip off. Once I bought a thing of muscle milk for like 4 dollars. It was fucking ridiculous.

I've had two bottles of this stuff last week. 32.5 grams of sugar per bottle. Stuff does taste good though.

Are there any alternatives that taste decent and still provide a good source of vitamins?

I just drink water, green tea, and Powerade Option when I'm working in the backyard.

Sometimes I just squeeze fresh lime, or lemon juice into a bottle of filtered tap water. It adds a nice variation occasionally. But mainly after Intense cardio I get the gatorade/powerade powder and make it up 1/2 strength and then drink that.

but other than that, the only liquids that pass my lips are water, skim milk and maybe a diet coke 1-2 times a week
