    Cheat Days

    so instead of cheating a whole day i cheat like on the weekend but only very small and 1 meal each day like 1 day ill have like 2 chocolate chip cookies and maybe the same on the other but only for 1 meal is this respectable i guess what im asking?

    Yes. It's much better to cheat just 1-2 meals a week then it is to waste a whole day and blow a few days' worth of gym work by cheating. That sounds like a good cheat plan.

    Eat them after your workout or do some extra, low intensity cardio if you want to minimize fat gain.

    I don't like the after workout idea though...to me it just seems like after you work out you want something clean and healthy, and as low fat as possible. I wouldn't stray from the standard PWO shake; it's nutritionally everything you want after a workout. Sure, you'll probably burn off the junk food faster if you eat it after a workout, but in addition to minimizng fat gain you could potentially inhibit your recovery and gains from the workout.
