That's tough. If I had to pick just one I'd pick grilled chicken breast with a sweet potato w/ splenda, cinnamon, and roasted almonds in it.

Grilled Chicken Breast with steamed brocolli and some brown rice. Later in the day I'll drop the rice but that is my favorite healthy meal for sure.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

Even with cinnamon, there is no hope for me finding a sweet potato NUMAY.

ABC's is what I would choose.

See I get what you're saying but I would hate that if that was my attitude...I still find eating to be one of life's pleasures.

I absolutely looove my cheats. And I've learned to love my everyday eating habits too. Oats with a little splenda, cinnamon, and peanut butter is fantastic. I love grilled chicken and sweet potatoes. PWO shake with a banana? Bring it on. I thoroughly enjoy eaitng the food that I do.

A nice juicy steak, some brown rice, sweet potato and a cup of sugar free jello is my favorite. Too bad steak day is only twice a week for me.

Yeah, I didn't have to go to any speciality store like Whole Foods or Wild Oates. Should be able to find it at a regular grocery store.
