Damn fruit addiction

Now I won't feel bad about the carbs in fruit.

AWESOME! I hope they perfect this system soon. So does that mean I can start eating my breakfast cereals again? I did eat the healthy kinds, like grapenuts.

Bodybuilding isn't everything, it's just that being small, weak, and puny REALLY sucks!!

Pretty good. I'm trying something new, I'm doing 8 meals a day every 2 hours now. I figured after being gone for a week and not getting my 6 meals a day in, that my metabolism may have slowed a bit so small portions every 2 hours. I'm hoping it'll really kick up my metabolism. Plus it was just time for a change in the diet plan anyway. But for some reason, my fat burner is making me feel sick today, it's never done that before. So I'm sitting here pinging and feeling nauseous at the same time, ugh! Can't wait for it to wear off! It's never affected me like this before, can't figure out why it's different today. Oh well, only one more dose left then I'm just gonna stick with L-carnitine and Yohimbe for a while.

8 meals a day !! Good luck, I can hardly keep a diet of 6 meals. Something always comes up Maybe you won't need any thermo's at all if you go 8 meals a day.

How was your trip to lovely Pa ??

I would not!

What I got out of the article was that testing was screwy....and they really have no idea how different combinations of food react in the body! More importantly, that the GI is not the best system of measurement!

It's not a problem for me as long as I'm at home, or I should say, in my store. I make all my meals the night before then just put them in the frig in the store, then nuke when ready to eat. I rarely get too busy with customers that I'd miss a meal. Thursday will be my last day on a thermo for a long while, at least a month before I try any again.

Yes, lovely PA. Everytime I go home I realize how much I miss that area. I love just driving down those curvy, hilly, country roads in my Miata, top down of course, truly beautiful country! I accidentally took the long way home, no big deal cause it was very scenic. I also got to walk up to the top of Jack's Mountain (the mountain right behind our house) with my dad, always something I look forward to. I really miss the woods and mountains, Delaware is too flat and Dover is too city for me. Give me country, with lots of woods and mountains!

Figured you'd say that! That's okay though, I'm used to not eating breakfast cereal, haven't eaten any in at least a year now.
