I just thoroughly cheated for the first time in three months, and it was amazing.

    - Small bowl of Kashi GoLean cereal with a little bit of vanilla creamer mixed in.

    - Chicken Cordon Bleu sub from Which Wich, double meat, light mayo, grilled onions, pepper jack cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, tomato.

    - Cream Cheese Brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream/whipped cream/fudge on top.

    - 1/2 sour cream cake glazed donut, 1/2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.

What's that probably, like 1500 cals?

Man I haven't eaten a meal like that probably since Thanksgiving...even Christmas was decent (turkey and sweet potatoes.) That's the last time I remember eating a piece of pie, or ice cream, or a cookie...anything like that. That's ridiculous, too long! I find it so easy to eat healthy here in college (always oats/chicken/salad bar/egg whites readily available in the cafeteria) it's sort of like I haven't had a reason to cheat. But man that was good!

There goes the six pack but hey! I can't wait for my HIIT cardio tomorrow morning and weights in the mid-morning, I'll feel like an ironman during those bad boys!

Right after my first contest, and there on in, my wife and I go straight to Dunkin Donuts after every show where I plow through 4 choc chip muffins anda quart of fatass milk.

Haha, nice. What always gets me is how before you started training, that would've been an average meal, an average thing, something to forget about. But now, it's such a big event to have donut and sub w/ mayo that you're excited enough to make a thread about.

Nothing like appreciating a good meal.

Yep so true...it amazes me how shitty I tend to eat on "cheat days". It makes me take a step back and realize that is why I never had a BF % of less than 17.

I very rarely cheat. And after 3 years of competing it doesn't get any easier. It takes a lot for me to just back away from the venetian table at a wedding, or someone's birthday. My wife looks at me says wow. I'm nuts I think-but until I get that pro card, I'm a man on a mission. I basically say to myself, somewhere out there, there is a guy who isnt eating that chocolate chip muffin from dunkin d's or eating that double dipped chocolate donut from Entenmanns or that tasty crumb cake they make that looks like this.....

scuse me while I go do another fuhhhhhking set of squats...sniff sob (crying)

Haha yeah this one wasn't even THAT bad. I'm guessing at Thanksgiving I probably put away close to 5000, maybe more.

Im looking forward to my holiday, its only 6 days, but I am gonna just relax and eat/drink whatever I want. I will still do some training when i am away so its not all a lost cause.
