Flank is a pretty cheap cut.

Recommend to Marinate and the grill. Or slow cook.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Seriosly though, George Formans are like 20 bucks and I use mine every single day.

After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

so then use a non-stick pan and sear each side. Just make sure to Marinade it.

Like Iain said, use a non-stick pan or skillet if you don't have a grill. I actually prefer using a skillet over the Foreman grill sometimes because I like to slow cook meat every so often. I use seasoning salt, garlic salt, and black peppers.

Just out of curiosity, how much do you guys pay in your $USD a Kilogram
(2.2lbs) for something like Round steak or blade? Over here i pay around about $9-10 aussie so thats like $6-7 USD

They are prolly the cheapest actual steaks that you can buy and eat without making casserole or something. Gravy beef and chuck steak are cheap as, but not the leanest, and theres no way that you would just grill one of those.

I just picked up two monster flank steaks that totalled 3.24lb (yes I cut them into smaller portions) and that ran me $20.

My local grocery store had Kansas City strip steak at buy one, get two free a couple weeks ago. At $23 a pound, I was frikkin stoked. Damn was that good. A threw some rub on it and grilled it with a baked potato. I could go for that right now.

The cheapest steak I'll buy is London broil. I think it's $8/pound.

I'd probably starve without mine. Okay, I wouldn't starve but I do use it everyday as well. That and a blender are the best investments a BB can make, imho.

Yup. The good thing about the foreman is I can cook my meals for the DAY fresh instead of cooking once a week and freezing it. Sure that works, but cooking my meals for the day, everyday makes them taste so much more fresh.

Agreed. I've tried the whole preparing for the week thing, and just prefer things fresh cooked. Not to mention the fact that anyone can cook with a George Foreman grill. Very easy to use. I have that, a two cup rice cooker, and a veggie steamer. I throw it all on when I get home and it's all finished about the same time.

Damn, I need to look into the rice cooker. That will definitely make my meal prep so much quicker. As for veggies, I just buy them frozen. I know that isn't the best but I never know when I am going to get around to a certain bag I bought so I feel much safer buying frozen.

I buy them frozen sometimes too. Sometimes fresh. Yeah, I got a small two cup rice cooker, and my parents got me an 8 cup rice cooker that will also steam veggies last Christmas, so the smaller one makes the rice and the big one steams the veggies. But once in awhile, I will toss my veggies on the George Foreman grill after my chicken is done. Very tasty!
