    Quick mixes?

I eat things like Cottage Cheese and Pineapple, Ground Beef and Salsa... just stuff where you throw two things together and get a nutritious snack. Anyone else have their favorite little mixes?

Sometimes i get Tinned tuna, tinned kidney beans, tinned chick peas/tinned corn and some brown rice and just mix it up. My sister almost vomited when she tasted it, but i think its ok every now and then when busted up for time.

Only downside is a heap of sodium.

Cottage cheese and any fruit work for me. Beef and any starch/sauce combo kick ass as well. Pretty much anything you would stick in a burrito is delicious out of it.

I just spoon fed myself a bunch of natty pb and ffcc. Most people would wretch, but I'm lovin it.

Any meat + hot sauce = great snack.
