Question ICBINB spray & salt substitute

I'm sorry if this has already been covered in another thread; but, I can't seem to find it!

Is it OK to use "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray and Salt substitute (I think the one that I have is just potassium) ??

The ICBINB spray has 90G of fat per bottle. I emailed them a few years back and found out that 1.5 squirts is the serving size that claims ZERO fat. However, who the hell can use one squirt. So basically if you put 20 sprays on you are getting about 4G of fat. Not to mention the crap they put in their.

Watch out with potassium salt substitutes. They can really mess with your electrolyte balance. You are better off using sea salt. Sea Salt is actually healthy for you.

Yikes! I use at least several sprays of ICBINB when I use it! Better off using a dab of butter! Geez!

Thanks for the tip about the sea salt! Should I use the Idodized one? Or not?
