I eat alot of protein and I don't get constipated. In fact, I'm quite regular most of the time.
ive realized if ppl eat ALOT of protein theyll become constipated .. what can u eat to prevent this?

What kind of diet do you have? Are you eating fibrous veggies and complex carbs?
Veggies and Oats do the trick for me.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
I never really get constipated, and I eat a lot of protein. I've always been pretty good food wise, no food ever affects me negatively.

No problems here and I eat 250-275g of protein per day. I wouldn't say thats a TON of protein but a fair amount.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
