Id personally not eat the alfredo sauce . I eat a no sugar added reduced sodium pasta sauce and its ok. Ive tried a couple homeade sauces that have pb in them that are pretty good too but i think they are generally for cold pasta....dont remember

Dynghetti, stick to the basics before jumping into the complex concoctions.

I don't think it is bad, so long as it fits in your daily caloric intake.

Like Prince said....get soem protein in there.

Also, check the info on the alfredo sauce. Isn't alfredo sauce a cream sauce? Wouldn't it have much more than 7g of fat?

Hey man, I play to my audience. If a question is asked in AIM-bonics, I respond in accord.

Aww, c'mon, was that really necessary? I understand that may not like lawyers, I am sure that they piss you off as you turn those fries, but if you get really skilled with a sour cream gun, you have opportunities!

Hahha I wasn't hating on you... just the role of "slip and fall" lawyers here in America. Would you like fries with that?

Oh I know, and I didn't take it personally at all. Hell, I wouldn't take it personally even if you meant it that way.

There you go with the text-bonic slang again. And with a sorry attempt to be funny. Since you save so much time writing "ur" instead of "your" couldn't you use that time to think up something more creative? Hmm?
