    Carbs for Breakfast

    Other than the usual, what do you guys eat for carbs in the morning?
    whole wheat bread, bagels...

    Today i had a fair bit of brown rice and home made meat balls for brekky.
    But yes normally oats, bread, or in emergency i go for a little bit of cereal like weet-bix

    I eat oats.... every morning and have actually taken a liking to them even when they are plain.
    After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

    scotch oats/oat bran
    plain Yoghurt add frozen Blueberries
    sprouted grain bread
    sometimes shredded wheat with bran for something different
