I read it is the same as diet but it has more aspartame.

    Just what I heard.

In moderation it is fine but be aware it contains aspartame which is an iffy chemical that may cause some serious adverse effects with chronic long term use.

Same here. But you know, you can have an almost identical structure of a chemical, yet they do two completely different things.

I never drink fizzy drinks, although I had some coke zero the other day and it tasted pretty much the same as regular coke. In terms of calories/carbs it has zero so its quite good if your cutting. However im guessing it has a whole host of nasty shit and chemicals in it.

It won't do much of anything bad, i'd be thinking more of the carbonation process over the chemicals heh. Even then - nothing to be worried about imo.

It's all dependent on your goals and outlook. I would rather take a supplement that has a few chemicals that is helping me achieve my goals then drink a can of shit that is getting me nowhere quick.

I agree. It's a point of sanity though, some people need a cheat, or they'll fall into a downward spiral of binge eating. If your cheat is a sugar free soda, i'd choose that over some other more fatty disgusting possibilities. Lesser of two evils.
