I dunno really eh, but it tastes slightly different.
I drink both maybe 1-2 cans a week, but if im gonna have a diet soft-drink I prefer Bundaberg diet Ginger beer or Pepsi Light

I read it is the same as diet but it has more aspartame.
Just what I heard.
so is diet coke good? bad?

In moderation it is fine but be aware it contains aspartame which is an iffy chemical that may cause some serious adverse effects with chronic long term use.

I never drink fizzy drinks, although I had some coke zero the other day and it tasted pretty much the same as regular coke. In terms of calories/carbs it has zero so its quite good if your cutting. However im guessing it has a whole host of nasty shit and chemicals in it.
Yeah, I just stay away from this shit all together. Too many chemicals.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
It won't do much of anything bad, i'd be thinking more of the carbonation process over the chemicals heh. Even then - nothing to be worried about imo.
