It depends...that is only 1450 calories for the day (provided you are estimating your 800 calorie meal properly, which you probably aren't).

You are thinking about things too short term. You must look at things long term with your diet. There is no way we can tell you if you will lose or gain weight, there are too many unknown factors for us to make a claim.

You are thinking like this - "I just a shitty food, I wonder if I gained weight"

You should think like this - "I just ate shitty food, and I have been for the past couple weeks, chances are my cals are too high and I will gain weight."

or this - "I just ate shitty food, but generally I eat clean and track my cals carefully so the amount of weight gain will be neglible and I can carry on with my goals fine."

Probably a bunch of candy; 100g isn't that much in terms of candy bar after candy bar.

Dyn, not to sound harsh but if you focused more on eating clean and training and not worry about the diameter of your damn fudge cake, then you wouldn't have to worry about gaining weight. Binges are unnacceptable for a person just starting out on the clean road. Get serious or don't even bother is my position.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

Quit smoking pot, the munchies will get ya every time.

I haven't smoked pot in a really long time (just grew out of the phase) and a couple of days ago as i got home from a loooong day of work my brother and his friend were smoking outside. They invited me over and i decided to give it a shot to relax for the night. Long story short, an hour later i had eaten a half gallon of Edy's Cookies and Cream ice cream then passed out and felt like shit all day the next day. Thats 2200kcals+ in one sitting.

Did it ruin all my goals? No, because i don't smoke anymore and that was just a freak occurrence. I actually felt stronger in the gym the next day as it was an unplanned carb up, lol. Bottom line, get your shit together and make the commitment. Give yourself a cheat meal a week if you want to alleviate some mental stress, it works for me.

Lol, I had to stop smoking cause of my turbo munchies.

Last time i did it, I had 2 double quarter pounders with bacon added to it, and 250g of chocolate, and then drank about 1L of apple juice.

thats several thousand calories i think?

so smoking for me = bad
