    Do you eat Dessert?

I've discovered lately that a lot of people have dessert after all of their meals. I have never done this besides maybe Thanksgiving and other holidays. I was never into sweets much. How many of you have dessert after your meals more often than not?

Nope, not even on cheat meals. Sugar just doesn't appeal to me anymore.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

Only dessert I'll have really is my grandma's lemon meringue pie which we get her to make like once every 3 years :/ Just too damn good and rare to say no to.

Only on holidays and birthdays and whatnot, as you mentioned. Otherwise, never.

Why does dessert have to be somethinge unhealthy. I will have friut sometimes to get that sweet taste, or I'll just have a handful of nuts or something.

It doesn't have to be somethig unhealthy. But most of the time you'll see someone having cake, pie, brownies or something like that rather than a healthier dessert.

I'm not a sweets person really.

Holidays a cannoli here and there.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

But I agree with you. If I were to have dessert on a regular basis it would be fruit, yogurt, nuts, smoothie and so on.

Depends on the dessert and the availability. Back when TGIFridays had something called Oreo Madness, I almost always got it.

I was when they took off their menu. Now I wont eat any desserts, so its a good and bad thing.
