    Cottage Cheese and Yogurt

What a combo, mixed a oz cup of Dannon Lightand Fit blueberry yogurt with a cup of cottage cheese. What a glorious snack.

Add some almonds and an apple - your set. A healthy inexpensive meal.

Yeah yogurt first because its thinner and then a cup on top of yogurt in a bowl. Then mix it on up.

Wouldn't almonds push the fat too high? I'm trying to keep my daily fat intake below 15% of my total intake.

I am not talking about a pound of almonds, just a few like 10 or 12 almonds. I am presuming that you are using non-fat cottage cheese and non-fat yogurt.

Non-fat cottage cheese and Dannon light and fit yogurt. Its not in front of me, but I believe its less than 2g of fat if memory serves.

Is yogurt or cottage cheese a fast or slow digesting protein? I laways hear to take the latter at night since it takes a while to absorb.
