    I need diet advice.

My diet blows I know I normally eat whatever each day from burgers to pizza.
Sometimes protein shakes. Normally a Multi. No Eggs No Milk No cheese - allergic. Theres no consistency to it. 3 meals a day maybe?

I'm ready to get serious about this finally, maybe try to get rid of so much red meat. Maybe add some fruits and vegetables for once in my life. Anyone have any ideas for my 6 meal plan?

Breakfast - 2 bowls wheat chex + soy milk + multi + some other amino acids
Post workout - Soy Protein Shake

if you're clueless on where to start: start by reading some stickies. Then, when you have learned and read a lot on the subject, come up with your own meal plan and post it here. we'll help you from there.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as the original poster. Bad diet for way too long and want to get serious. I searched the stickies but they seem to be basically selling an ebook or something like that which is ok for later (for me) but I need to get to the grocery store soon. I thought there were some stickies at one time that made recommendations for Cutting diets (which is what I'm interested in at the moment) but I can't find them for the life of me.
