    Meal Frequency

The powers that be at work are getting a bit miffed with my eating habits on the clock, so I have to do some moving.

I know the ideal time table is every 3-4hr what about this?

    7am Meal 1
    11:30 Meal 2
    2:30 Meal 3
    6:30 Meal 4
    9:30 Meal 5
    11:30 Meal 6
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

That eating schedule is fine. Give it a shot and see if it works for you. May want to have a hand full of nuts to pick on if your work will allow it. Your schedule would not work well for me because I usually am hungry for meal 2 before it is time. I rarely go beyond 3 hours between meal 1 and 2. I prefer my first meal to be more quickly digested since it I have not eaten 8-10 hours between my last meal frmo the day before and my first meal of the day.
