Ok I have a question. What is a casein?
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Maybe I'm not familiar with casein enough, but it doesn't sound like you have enough solid food in there. Too many meals depend on liquid nutrition imo.

the reason is coz i work alot in a busy place, not enough time to sit and eat, thats y i have it shakes.
what difference does it make it if solid or liquid food?

after training, are almonds ok, since they have fat?

Find a way to prepare veggies that you like, or at least can stand.
You need the veggies. Eat them.

Frozen broccolli/asparagus/etc thawed out with Montreal Season salt works great for me.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.

Well first off you might find you start getting the runs if most of your meals are liquid

The other thing is your body is designed for solid food, not liquid food. I'd try to be as close to a natural diet as possible personally.

im not familiar with the expression "getting the runs",can u please explain what it means?
what about canned corn or peas?

might sound disgusting, but if i blended ex. my tuna or chicken with veggies and oil, and drink instead of eating, would it be ok?

i never had such liquidy problem ,so far

my # 2 meal, which is after my training

whey, some oatmeal, fruit and some almonds.

from what ive read,i should drop all fat for post workout meal, that i have eat an hour or 2 later.
im a little confused:after post workout meal, i should eat meal #3 an hour or 2 later?
or should i take meal # 2 divided in 2 portion, one right after training and one portion an hour later?
