    Question Best Way To Cut

Im a healthy young agile athlete who wants to lose about 11 lbs before the next powerlifting competition. about 2lbs are water weight.

What would be the best way to sort of "crash" diet until i reach my target weight of 11 lbs less?
You can go to Jolly Pirate Doughnuts and take a two hour shit for all I care...

Drop cals and take some duritics(sp?). I Reccomend MRM H20 Lean Pills, they always drain about 4-5lbs outta me in 2-3days. IMO
