Thumbs up Sugar-Free diet

Hey,

I started a no-sugar diet January 1st, (except for natural sugars), and I've lost 29lbs. I use to weigh 234, and now I'm down to 205lbs.

Just thought I would let you all know.....

Thanks for listening.

I can eat the natural sugars in fruits, and I can have 100% maple syrup on my pancakes or waffles, and basically anything else that is 100% natural sugar. I eat No-Sugar Added Dryers icecream (excellent!!!!) I also will eat anything with less than 5grms of sugar, such as ketchup, and things like that.

That sounds good.. i wish i could do that but i dont have the will power are you thinking of/or already weight lifting or doing aerobic exercises? or did you lose the 29lbs just by changing your eating habits?

I haven't done any exercise.....none. I was hoping to get down to 200lbs before I actually started working out again.
It's a diet I definitely recommend. It's easier than people think.
I faked it until I made it (alcohol anonymous' theme) for the first two weeks....i.e. pretend you don't like eating sweets until you actually believe it.

I want to lose another 10lbs, and then I'm going to start working out because I don't want to get too bulky. I"m more into looking very tone........more Brad Pitish and less Hulk Hoganish. You know what I mean?

Great job! I am TRYING to cut my sugar intake to about 20-25 grams a day. I am finding it very difficult. I will have to fake it for the next few weeks. Thanks for the tip.

What do you eat if you are craving something sweet? Keep up the good work.
