    Types of Diet Comparisons

    I recently created a list of diet comparisons. I have about 18 diets compared. If you can think of any more I have left out by all means make your suggestions.

    I guess that's pretty cool. I don't believe in the "diet" thing anymore though. It's a lifestyle change first with tweaks and macro cycling (for some) second.
    After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
