I stay away because I choose to on a cut. If it fits into your daily macros though, then it's fine. Just keep it very limited as milk is high in sugar.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

No one said anything about ti being different. I also watch my fruit intake on a cut. I don't run around shoving apples in my mouth before falling asleep. I strategicly place my good sugars while cutting in the beginning of the day and taper as the day goes on. Again, this is personal preference. Having a glass of milk before bed is a good thing. I cut milk out all together... that is me. You do you. If your question is if milk is bad, then the answer is NO. Simply watch your intake, like anything else.

It's up to you but the lower the percentage the more it is processed... the closer to whole, the less processed. It is up to you if you want to trade off proccessed foods for the lower macros on a cut or sacrifice drinking less for the whole, less processed milk. It's all up to you and how you want to go about achieving your goals.

Milk is fine on a cut. Stick to skim milk.

I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused. Can you explain what a "good sugar" is to me?

Oh, and why is having a glass of milk before bed a "good thing?"

    Thanks
