    Cuttign: Need advice on thsi meal

    ok i'm cuttign and for breakfast I have 4-5 egg whites and a shake(1 scoop) with cup of fat free milk

    now if I'm sort if getting sick of the eggs can i have like a egg mcmuffin with organic peanut butter. along with the shake

    Like a McDonalds egg Mcmuffin? I would have to lean torwards no, however it it keeps you in your macro range for the day, sure.

    no not that...just egg mcmuffin nothign on it, ill put organic peanut butter on it.

    English muffins aren't really the greatest on a cut. You can try it if you want.

    Try throwing some salsa on the eggs.

    ohh I CANT DO THAT>>>ewww...with the egg whites, I wont be eatign the egg mcmuffin all the time...

    it has only 0.5 of fat, 23 of carbs....

    Eat it on sprouted whole grain bread if you're going to have it.
