    Cholesterol

I did a search and didn't come up with much. So here, can be a thread about cholesterol, your HDL/LDL levels in the past and recently, and what you've done about it. (Obviously, it's about diet.)

    So, here's the cholesterol thread.

I could argue that serum cholesterol levels are irrelevant (unless they're sky-high) as Coronary Heart Disease is multi-factorial. See Everything You Wanted To Know About Cholesterol & Coronary Heart Disease

Yo Jodi! There was a rumour that you'd left. I'm glad to see that it was just that - a rumour. How are you?

As you can see, I've been a little busy on this side of the pond.
