What was your diet like before this? (include cals and Macros)

What are the cals and macros of that diet?

Your meals are all over the place you want a consistent stream of nutrients. What is with meal 2? no protein other then from the glass of milk. Meanwhile meals for lunch and dinner are loaded up.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

When you say that the meals are all over the place, what do you mean? As for the calories for all of my meals, no impact no idea. I have gotten the meal plan for the next 21 days from the chow hall over here and I just kinda picked and chose what looked as if it would be good. What are the 'macros'?
