The only soy I think is safe is fermented soy. Even that I won't use though. Many excessive soy users develop estrogen dominance and it can play a significant role on hypothyroidism. The only people I feel don't need to worry so much are women through menopause without a thyroid disorder. But, small amounts of fermented soy won't do too much damage.

Many people have intolerances to it too such as gas, cramping, digestive disturbances etc...

yea, did you read the interview? She is saying the same thing.

I just don't like soy because I think it tastes like shit and I would rather eat steak.

    I don't trust anyone that I can't sit down and have a steak with....lol

Why would I eat soy when there are so many delicious dead animals to have my choice to eat.

Just because it didn't affect you doesn't mean anything. Some people smoke their entire lives and don't develop lung cancer.

I don't know what studies they were looking at though or what they decided upon to come to this conclusion.
