    Question Gatorade PWO

    i read somewhere in a magazine that gatorade PWO will spike insulin levels and that you should drink it pwo and 20g of casein whey and 20g of fast acting whey(reg.) . ....any thoughts? i know most stuff in magazines ar B.S.

    If you want to use Gatorade use the powdered stuff.

    Try it and find out.

    If you like the High GI PWO then go ahead. Me personally not a fan.

    Gatorade will be effecitve in replenishing electrolytes (sodium and potassium). When you sweat, you not only loose water but electrolytes as well. give it a shot

    Gatorade powder can be used in PWO insulin spike. Personally I'm not a fan of PWO spike though.
