Maybe get rid of the fats in your PWO shake. 2 TB of PB is a lot at that time.

Other than that it looks on point IMO, good work. And for cutting purposes I think 2 lbs in 2 weeks is around an ideal pace that means you're losing mostly fat and maintaining nearly all of your LBM.

For a cut isn't it ideal to have fat in 15% area, thats what I try and do.

Also the calories seem high to me considering you are 195lb. It looks like a good portion of your calories are coming from fat. Which seems counter productive on a cut.

I have similar carbs and protein to you for my plan today, but at 15% fat its 2100kcal.

I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Higher Protein and Fat for a cut is more standard.

    I'll do approx. 50% P, 30% F and 20% C on a cut.

That interesting kind of contradicts common sense. If you want to lose fat, eat less of it. At least thats how I see it, but you are certainly far more knowledgable than I am here.

As for carbs, I'll assume you have them all in your first four meals?
