Revised diet! whatcha think!!!!

so after consulting with many members on the forum i took there advice and changed my diet completely. My goal is to gain muscle mass at a moderate level i am bout 5'10 and 170lbs. i also cut down cardio to 2 days a week to build more muscle.

Monday: chest, shoulders, and triceps
Tuesday: Back and biceps, legs
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: chest, shoulders, and triceps
Friday: back and biceps
Sat-Sun: OFF

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled (2 whites remove 1 yoke)
2 pieces wheat bread with grape jelly
glass of milk
multivitamin
fish oil capsule (1)

Snack: banana, apple, or strawberry
peanuts

Lunch: tuna fish sandwhich on wheat bread (light mayo)
apple
granola bar
fish oil

snack: apple sauce
chicken salad
wheat bread

on days i work out i take whey protein plus n.o. xplode before my work out
after work out ill take another protien shake and a banana.

Dinner: chicken breast or lean beef like steak
veggies
dinner roll
pasta
fish oil

snack cottage cheese
canned fruit or fresh fruit.

so what do you guys think trust me the last diet i gave was absolutely terrible so i hope this one is a lot or lil better. any advice help would be nice. i am still a newbie to the fitness world.

Seems like a difficult way to gain weight with 3 eggs all day.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

you need more protein. Ditch the grape jelly and have a Tbls of natural PB on the bread instead. Also, don't get wheat bread, get sprouted grain bread. Wheat bread is garbage. I hope that is skim milk you are talking about there

Snack: banana, apple, or strawberry
peanuts
Not good enough. Veggies & Protein?

Lunch: tuna fish sandwhich on wheat bread (light mayo)
apple
granola bar
fish oil
Too much bread! Have oats in your first meal instead and move the sprouted grain bread to this meal. What kind of granola bar? They are mainly garbage food

snack: apple sauce
chicken salad
wheat bread
Ugghhhhhh MORE BREAD! Have brown rice instead and add in some healthy fats and veggies

on days i work out i take whey protein plus n.o. xplode before my work out

Fine

Dinner: chicken breast or lean beef like steak
veggies
dinner roll
pasta
fish oil
I hope that is whole grain pasta

snack cottage cheese
canned fruit or fresh fruit.
Skip the fruit and add in some healthy fats

Your diet lacks complex carbs and veggies. WAY TOO MUCH BREAD! See my comments in bold above.
