sweet potato - yay or nay?

Im about to start on a cut, very gradual, and im beginning with getting my diet as perfect as i can.

how do you rate sweet potato as a carb source?

Yep sweet potato is good.



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Yay.

as is: bran, barley, oats, brown rice, legumes (lentils), beans, fruit (apples)
shoot for high fiber: Fiber Content Chart

Here are some ideas for you: Carbohydrate manipulation seems to work best for me (along with calorie cycling)
Bodybuilding diet (nutrition) - Increase metabolism, gain muscle, lose fat!

One of the best!

Actually, I think it's the best period. It's natural. Nothing about it is processed. Better for you than oats and brown rice IMO.
