    PWO shake question

Currently I'm going with skim milk, whey protein, banana, oats.

Question for those of you who don't like skim milk PWO - why not? If there's no fats what's the problem with it.

Also, I see a lot of people using yogurt instead. Is this just that plain white non-fat yogurt? And do you mix this with water as well?? It seems like yogurt + fruit + oats + whey would make a shake with very thick consistency...

I use oat bran, whey, yoghurt, pineapple, and water. I just prefer the yoghurt over milk. I usually get a flavored kind like blueberry.
