What should I eat for my last meal of the night?

I'm following a "cutting" meal plan and I workout in the early am.
I have been eating cottage cheese and almond butter for my last meal. But, I'd like to change it up before I get sick of cottage cheese!

I'd prefer to eat something rather than take a supplement of sorts.
From what I gather, I shouldn't have whey for my last meal. What are some other good choices?

Erm, well there is always a casein shake, or some eggs.

cottage cheese with some almonds. I dig it.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
