spinoff: ideal first meal of the day

So, much talk has been given on what to eat before going to bed. However, I just woke up and I'm hungry and wondering what to eat. What would be an ideal first meal, what should the macros look like, and what's the reasoning behind this meal is?

Basically the same as your other daily meals. Be sure to include carbs, like oatmeal.
