I'm usually eating alot of chicken breast and currently I decide to switch for Turkey instead. so, thus Turkey and chicken breast have around the same amount of protein/fat? Anyway, how much protein/fat does Smoke Turkey Breast contain?

It can vary a little bit. When you go to the grocery store, just ask the peopl ein the deli to tell you what the fat/protein/carb content is for the meat you want. That info is posted on the un opened pieces of meat if they dont know where to look.

Smoked turkey has about the same amount of protein as chicken but it has alot more kcals. and sodium since it is smoked. The term smoked means that it has alot of added flavor enhancers to make it taste better. Kindof like Mesquite Chicken, etc.
