nuts

Nuts will be a good snack for me in-between classes, but which are the good ones? Looking for nutritous nuts that are high in calories and that will be a good fat source.

I've read (somewhere) that macadamias are high in mono fats including palmitoleic acid, an omega-7 mono fat.
