Hi i am 43 yo male 6.2 215 lbs and currently i have a 36 inch waist i need to know the easiest way to drop a few inches off my waist i want to get back to a 33 or 34 does anyone know of a killer cardio workout to burn off all of the fat i have gained over the past few years, recently i have been eating salads for lunch over the past few weeks my diet is not that bad i have been eating fruit instead of donuts which i have given up on coffee break i have been runnig at the gym but it seems no matter how long or fast i go i cant seem to lose those extra pounds .
Any help would be greatly appreciated

i agree with ID. diet will be the main factor, along with some cardio..
I have a theory here, so please feel free to shoot it down in flames.
1) Dietary fats enter the lymphatic system and enter the blood at the left subclavian vein at the back of the heart. They are evenly distributed around the body, so an excess is stored all over the body. Fat increases cholesterol levels, which increases sex hormone levels. In men, increased testosterone increases muscle synthesis, so excess fat is muscle food. In women, increased oestrogen increases breast tissue, so excess fat is boob food.
2) Dietary carbs enter the liver as glucose, fructose & galactose via the portal vein. Excess carbs are converted into triglycerides (sat & mono fats) in the liver and are stored in the liver & nearby. Therefore, excess carbs are belly food.

ah, excess is excess....if you ain't using it, you're storing it. At least, that's my view.
There is no killer cardio routine....just consistency in both training and diet. Track your cals, it's your best bet in getting results.
