So im confused on something and if anyone has a accurate answer that be great...ok, so im trying to figure out if im sedentary, lightly active, very active or xtrmly active. i do strength training four days a week, but the other days or during the days i am usually working. and my work consists a lot of sitting down or moving around lightly i work in an office. important cuz im tryin to see how many calories i need to increase by to bulk. thx...
and also what does everyone use to check how many calories they need a day. iv been using some website counters they seem waccurate but wondering what other ppl have been using |
