    Well put iaindaniel. I've decreased the time between sets during training to 45 seconds and once i get used to it, to 30 seconds.
    I love it when a plan comes together.

    I thought weight training itself speeds it up..
    6' 217lbs (10/18)
    Bench 365 (12/3)
    Weighted Pullups 80lbs 3x3 (3/19)
    Squat 370
    Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)

    How slow are you talking here?

    You may need to reset your metabolism. I'm in the process of doing that myself

    this is best/easiest achieved by eating otherwise termed "off-limit" foods, or perhaps a carb-up?

    or are you doing it through activity?

    I read somewhere (Men's Health - I think) that weight training only boosts metabolism by approx. 4%. I hope this is not true, that's negligable.
