Ok i'm 22 and tryin to get my body back. I was very active in sports like mma and wrestling but a couple of broken bones and too may beers and of course fast food have made me plus size. I'm 6'4 and about 224 growing up i could eat everything to grow and when i got hurt i still ate like i was bulking. i quit the drinkin and eating fast food. I lift about 4 times a week and try to do as much cardio as i can. I dont want to get crazy with my diet like counting every little thing i try not to eat alot of carbs and stick to veggies and mostly meat. I have a big frame and i want to gain muscle and loose a bit of fat nothing crazy. but i know nothing about eating so please help! thanksby the way i'm taking hydroxycut and get cravings all the time so what snacks should i eat and late night is the worst
Read the stickies to develop a diet. You don't necesarily need to count every little calorie either. I don't and pretty much refuse to because I don't have the time nor the patients. I still cut 71lbs of fat thus far just by being in tune with my body. Which it seems you are the same way. Again, read the stickies and come up with a basic meal plan just so you have SOME type of structure to your diet.
