    1.5lbs of lean only Beef chuck underblade?? Nutrition info?

    Fitday, calorie king & nutriton data all show different values!!!

    I'm cooking approx 0.8lbs (12.4 ounces) and per fit day its:
    488cals (calorie king says 714)
    20g fat (yikes)
    72g carbs!!

    Maybe I should cut back to 6oz of steak!!!

    Since when does beef have carbs???
