Diet: below caloric maintenance with an emphasis on low carbs, refeeds

I have been experiencing with a low carb, sub caloric maintenance level type diet.

For 3 days I stick to a diet which contains roughly 75-100 carbs a day which is very low for me.

Most carbs come from fruits like pears, vegetables, and the scosh 1/2 cup of oatmeal.

On these days I eat between 2500-2800 calories, eating 6 times a day, and filling in the carb gap with healthy fats (nuts, olive oil) while keeping protein adaquate.

On day four I purposely eat a large amount of fast carbs for the first 3 meals. I eat bagels, and white rice, pasta, etc. I try to hit 400-500 carbs, and I do this on a weight training day. My calories go above maintenance level on this day, but only by 300-500.

The question is, does this look right? Are refeeds obsolete? And what do you think about it?

I would think that for most, only waiting 4 days between refeeds is not enough. Personally I refeed every 2 weeks (so day 14), but I'm on what most would view as a constant cut because I stay slim and toned for running power.

Are you doing this for maintenance or a cut?

I think I overdid the carbs today, but I kept the fats to 0.

Yeah, I didn't eat any fats... except for the last meal... which didn't have any carbs...

I sort of ended the carb feed 5 hours ago though... soo....

Ok, then sounds about right to me. Just make sure you really need the refeed before you do it.

Well if my energy reserves are down... and refeeds fills them back up, then I'm assuming I need a refeed when I start feeling like I have no energy, which is usually within 4 days.
