Question after the shake is made....

made my shake this morning. whey, ice, flax, glutamine and some instant coffee. it was all nice and slushy and perfectly blended. i poured it in my travel mug and i was out the door for work.

did i mention i left it sitting on the table?

BF woke up, saw it there and put it in the fridge. he said it was really cold still and i'd only been gone about 15 minutes.

do i throw it out or use it tonight? does anything happen to the whey or glutamine or flax for that matter once blended if it sits in the fridge for 14-15 hours? just reblend it in the blender and down the hatch or better to toss it and make another one?

    thanks!

Creatine does loose some of it's effectiveness when in water etc. for too long....or atleast I've heard. That's why you should never buy the creatine products already mixed with water or the likes. (A part from them being a total rip off compared to the powders)

There wasn't, but even if there was it wouldn't hurt you and the rest of the stuff shouldn't be tossed.
