    my cutting diet

830am-banana and protein drink or oatmeal w.water or eggs w.protein

    11am-protein shake w.milk

1pm-3pc chicken select strips from McDonald's<----is this OK??

4pm-chicken, steak, or fish w.veggies or a 6in dubble meat turkey with bacon sub from subway

6pm-2%milk bottled from 7-11<-----can this count as a meal??

    8pm-chicken, steak, or fish w.veggies

I work 12pm-9pm Monday thru Friday so ill usually ether work out 9-10am or if im too lazy to do it in the morning ill go to the gym around 9pm. pre workout ill usually eat a banana with a protein shake mixed with milk, and post ill eat some chicken or steak with veggies. I also drink plenty of water thru out the day. I also cheat one meal Friday and one meal Saturday, and with a moderate amount of beer (im trying to cut back on that).

haha although the chicken select strips are very tastey, the coating is immensely fatty and full of saturated fats.
I love it when a plan comes together.

cook up a load of chicken breasts at home, season or use a small bit of dip, wrap 1 up in tin foil and take it with you.

no way as tastey as mcdonalds, of which i think the new selects are very tastey, but are healthier.

I get the 3pc and what if I add some protein powder to the milk, could that count as a meal?

My stats are 5'9ft tall 167pds. Im just coming off of a bulk from 153pds. I was eating alot carbs with sandwiches using tuna and turkey with wheat bread of course. I was also drinking lots of protein shakes mixed with 2% milk. And I was also eating about dubble the chicken and steak im eating now.

Read the stickies thoroughly - that is the first step. And although you might be able to get out of counting calories on a bulk, you aren't going to be able to outrun it on a cut.
