I was reading through the shoppinglist.doc and noticed carrots were not in there. i was curious what everyones opinions on carrots were? I dont need to have them but every now and then I like thring a new taste into things and I will shave the carrots and use them in tuna or salads.

    thanks

Carrots are okay, but there are veggies with a lot better nutritional value.
