    my current diet, please critique

    I am a 28 year old, I am 5ft6 I weigh approximately 168lbs, I have quite high levels of bodyfat.

    Breakfast:
    2 scoops of ON whey with milk
    2 shredded wheat with milk
    1 'animal pak'
    500 ml orange juice.
    Mid morning:
    Ham/chicken/tuna mayonaise sandwich (white bread)
    1 pint of semi skimmed milk

    Lunch:
    1 chicken breast/sirlion steak
    peas/carrots/cauliflower
    new potatoes

    Mid afternoon:
    2 scoops of ON whey with milk

    Dinner:
    (Same as lunch)

    Evening:
    Chicken/ donner kebab

    Ditch the white bread, go with whole wheat (decent) or sprouted whole grain (better).

    What are new potatoes?

    New potatoes are small potatoes basically you boil/steam them with their skins on.

    I wouldn't drink Orange Juice on a cut. Too much sugar. If you squeeze it yourself it would be okay.

    Werd up and if you do drink it, keep it under control.

    As for the rest of your diet... it looks pretty bad. Start at the stickies and then re-think it.

    I work with him and I have told him time and time again 'sort it out' and all I get is 'yeah yeah yeah ok ok ok I will, I will' but he doesnt like eating oats and has eaten so many eggs that he cant stand them at the moment.

    I eat cottage cheese for my AM protein when I can't stand eggs anymore. When your eating 50 eggs a week for breakfast it gets old fast.
    I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

    Im sick of my whey protein. I just cant wait to finish it so i can get a new flavor but hell. I always drink it no problem. Its all dedication.
