I am a 28 year old, I am 5ft6 I weigh approximately 168lbs, I have quite high levels of bodyfat.
Breakfast:
2 scoops of ON whey with milk
2 shredded wheat with milk
1 'animal pak'
500 ml orange juice.
Mid morning:
Ham/chicken/tuna mayonaise sandwich (white bread)
1 pint of semi skimmed milk
Lunch:
1 chicken breast/sirlion steak
peas/carrots/cauliflower
new potatoes
Mid afternoon:
2 scoops of ON whey with milk
Dinner:
(Same as lunch)
Evening:
Chicken/ donner kebab

I wouldn't drink Orange Juice on a cut. Too much sugar. If you squeeze it yourself it would be okay.

I work with him and I have told him time and time again 'sort it out' and all I get is 'yeah yeah yeah ok ok ok I will, I will' but he doesnt like eating oats and has eaten so many eggs that he cant stand them at the moment.

Im sick of my whey protein. I just cant wait to finish it so i can get a new flavor but hell. I always drink it no problem. Its all dedication.I eat cottage cheese for my AM protein when I can't stand eggs anymore. When your eating 50 eggs a week for breakfast it gets old fast.
