this is jeff willet's diet...

5:15 am - Ny-Tro PRO-40 + 1 Scoop of VP2
7:45 am (Post Workout) - 2 Scoops of VP2 + 1 Scoop of Lemon Creatine HSC
9:00 am - 2 Scoops of VP2 + 1 Cup Oatmeal + 1 Scoop of Lemon Creatine HSC (I mix them together in a bowl with water. This is my favorite meal of the day. It tastes like a lemon dessert.)
11:00 am - Ny-Tro PRO-40 + 1 Scoop of VP2
1:00 pm - Ny-Tro PRO-40 + 1 Scoop of VP2
3:00 PM - Ny-Tro PRO-40 + 1 Scoop of VP2
5:00 PM - Ny-Tro PRO-40 + 1 Scoop of VP2
7:00 PM - 2 scoops VP2 + 1/2 cup Oatmeal
9:00 PM - 2 scoops VP2 + 1/2 cup Oatmeal (Sometimes I extend this meal to 9:30 PM or 10:00 PM)

Totals:
* Protein - 532 grams
* Carbs - 295 grams
* Fat - 21 grams
* Calories - Approx. 3400

can this really be healthy? i mean the jaw muscles are barely working (no food to chew), the teeth... no time for the acids in the stomach to really break up food.... it all seems like one big stupid advertisement... but if jeff really does have this as his meals, then, it sure does work...

No, that is not a haelthy diet!

You need "real food". A diet that consists mainly of protein shakes is not healthy at all.
